Dundalk FM Community Airtime Script

Hello I’m Derek Pepper presenter of The Eclectic Rock Mix.

We have stayed connected by meeting online.

We have a ‘new technology workshop’ on Zoom for our radio broadcasters.

It’s a chance to find out more about radio production and to get a sense of the benefit of having a station in the town from my colleagues.

We have a series of shows called AlphaBeats.

This is where a presenter is given a letter of the Alphabet and has to find songs by a Band or a Musician starting with the letter.

The shows are broadcast on Sundays at 3 and 4 o clock.

We love when listeners call or email or send a message to dedicate a song for a friend or a family member.

Or they just might like to hear a song.

You know, songs on the radio bring so many memories for people.

If you would like to join our creative crew here at the station then get in contact with us by email info@dundalkfm.com or by calling nine three nine five one hundred.

We would like to invite you to come to our next Information Session.

 April 28th Downloadable documents

Thanks to everyone who joined us at the workshop on Wed 28 April. Please find the video of the course available on a private link on youtube here : April 28 Zoom Workshop Video Link

The powerpoint slides can be found here: Cat workshop

If you or your community group is interested in broadcasting a 1 minute message to all of our listeners for free please contact info@dundalkfm.com and we would be more than happy to help.
