Research shows that volunteers report increases in confidence and interpersonal skills, increased sense of belonging to their communities, better life satisfaction, reduction in depression symptoms and that volunteers even live longer!
At Louth Volunteer Centre, we offer a support and guidance service to individuals and Volunteer Involving Organisations to reach their individual and collective goals.
As our communities re-open, there are lots of volunteering options available at www.volunteerlouth.ie.
We also run monthly Exploring Volunteering sessions via Zoom on the last Saturday of each month.
